So... Roo is sick... AGAIN! And pretty much miserable. This time it's a bad head cold. She has a cough that generates all the way down in her toes and shakes her whole body when it comes out of her mouth. She's throwing up from the gross mucus that has overtaken her throat, and tears stream out of her eyes pretty much constantly -- because her sinuses are so overstuffed that her tears have nowhere else to drain. It's really quite pathetic.
But she's in school today. According to the doctor, "Someone there gave it to her... give it back!" At drop off this AM, I was 30 seconds away from handing her off to her teacher when she decided to throw up all over Mommy's work clothes. GROSS!
Every day, Roo's teacher walks her to the window to wave to Mommy. But today, when I stopped at the outside window to get my daily wave "good-bye," Rylee gave me a pathetic little look, her lower lip started to quiver and the hysterical crying commenced. Sooooooo sad.
